Summit Elementary School

Summit Elementary School is Casper, Wyoming’s newest elementary school. Construction was completed in Summer 2010 and the school opened for classes in the Fall of 2010.

Site design plans for the school were completed in May of 2009. CEPI worked in conjunction with the developer and the Natrona County School District to plat an 11-acre parcel along with a surrounding Gosfield Subdivision.

CEPI designed streets and utilities around the site and completed studies for water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer. The site had grading, water, and sanitary sewer design and layout along with storm water design. In addition to the subdivision and site design, it was determined that an intersection light at Wyoming Boulevard and Centennial Village Drive would be necessary. CEPI worked with Wyoming Department of Transportation and the City of Casper to design a signal light for the intersection.

Upon completion of the design for all three projects, CEPI was responsible for construction staking, construction inspection, and contract administration for all three projects.
